What does a paint correction include?
Paint correction is a multi-step machine polishing process that removes imperfections from your vehicle’s clear coat. The end goal is a smooth, glossy surface with even light reflection.
How long does ceramic coating last?
The ceramic coating we install is rated for 5 years of durability. It cures to a glass-hard 9H surface that resists chemical etching, UV degradation, and bonded contamination. With proper care — pH-neutral wash products, gentle wash technique, and no automated brush washes — you should expect a full five years of protection from a single application.

Timing depends on the service. A full exterior detail takes significantly less time than a multi-step paint correction followed by ceramic coating application. Some services can be completed in a single day, while more involved work like paint correction with coating may require the vehicle to stay with us longer. Is window tint legal in Texas?
Texas law allows window tint on the front side windows as long as it allows more than 25% of light through. Rear side windows and the back windshield can have any tint darkness. The windshield can have tint along the top 5 inches or above the AS-1 line. We also offer an 80% clear film for the full windshield — it gives you the heat rejection, UV blocking, and protection of tint without darkening the glass or hindering visibility. We install everything to Texas regulations.
Do I need paint correction before ceramic coating?
In most cases, yes. Ceramic coating bonds permanently to your clear coat, which means it locks in whatever is underneath it — including swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation. If you skip paint correction and go straight to coating, those imperfections will be sealed under the coating and visible for its entire lifespan. We inspect every vehicle and let you know whether correction is needed before applying ceramic coating.
What is the difference between ceramic coating and PPF?
Ceramic coating and paint protection film (PPF) protect your paint in different ways. Ceramic coating is a liquid layer that bonds to the clear coat and provides UV protection, hydrophobic properties, chemical resistance, and enhanced gloss. PPF is a physical film that absorbs impact from rock chips, road debris, and scratches. The PPF we install is LLumar Valor — it is self-healing in heat (light scratches and swirl marks disappear in the sun), has ceramic coating built into the film, and offers a much higher level of UV protection than ceramic coating alone. It comes with a 2-year installation warranty and a 12-year manufacturer warranty. Is ceramic coating worth it in Texas?

What is the difference between a car wash and a full detail?
A car wash cleans the exterior surface of your vehicle — soap, water, rinse, dry. A full detail is a comprehensive cleaning and restoration of every interior and exterior surface. Exterior detailing includes decontamination, clay bar treatment, paint enhancement, and protection. Interior detailing includes deep vacuuming, steam cleaning, leather conditioning, dashboard treatment, vent cleaning, and odor removal. A car wash takes 15 minutes. A full detail takes four to eight hours. The results are dramatically different — a detail addresses months of accumulated grime, embedded dust, and surface damage that regular washing cannot touch.
